We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous (continental) United States only

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all eligible orders shipped within the continental United States

Any applicable taxes will still be calculated at checkout where required by law.

4. Order Handling and Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the date the order is placed. This includes our processing time and the carrier's transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

If a product requires additional handling or delivery time, that information will appear on the relevant product page and will control over the general estimate above.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers using trusted national or regional carriers. Depending on the order size, destination, and product type, carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar delivery providers.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is provided by the fulfilling supplier or manufacturer when available. If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your delivery exceeds the estimated 3 to 9 business day window, please contact us at support@resetrecoveryhub.com or call 1-239-747-7113. We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer and the carrier to investigate on your behalf.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Photograph the packaging and the item clearly

We will review the issue with our supplier or manufacturer and, if approved, provide next steps which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect
Restocking fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Outbound shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
